What our customers say about us:

"Your sauces make me look good when I'm tired. It looks like I've been in the kitchen all day and no one knows I just opened a jar! Thank you! Bonnie (Petersburg, PA)

"I think that the great thing about the Two Sisters Fina Cocina sauces, if you possess a very basic level of cooking knowledge, you can create fantastic Mexican dishes with authentic flavors and your own personal twist.  Her sauces eliminate a lot of steps from the lengthy process of cooking authentic Mexican cuisine. There is no need to research all the necessary ingredients, spend lots of time and money at the store seeking out everything on your list, then still be left with hours of preparation and cooking time at home." Chris Marchino (Senior Sous Chef, Spiaggia, Chicago)

Alfredo (Irapuato, Mexico)

I write to let you know that yesterday we had a banquet with the sauce you sent us, IT’S AMAZING, very natural and without any preservatives. I mentioned to Adela that the sauce tasted like my mother’s cooking, in particular, a sauce she used in a dish called agujas norteñas,  lamb ribs that were cooked and at the end covered with adobo sauce that had exactly the same flavor as your Ranchero Red sauce. Sometimes, she also covered the ribs with a little beer. CONGRATULATIONS. There are other recipes that are called agujas norteñas; however, what my mother made was special; I would only eat that dish at home. Alfredo (Irapuato, Mexico)

"The green and red sauces are absolute staples in our pantry. We love the taste and how one jar can add a whole new zing to a quick and simple meal. It is hard to pick a favorite between the two types. My whole family, including my 7 year old son, enjoys adding the sauces to a breakfast frittata, a bowl of black beans, a pan of enchiladas or a quick burrito. We are constantly looking for more ways to use the sauces to complement and enhance our meals. We live in Portland, OR, and have a case of sauce shipped to us every couple of months. We are never without a few jars on our shelves or open in our fridge. The ingredients are fantastic, richly layered and well blended." (Savonn W.)
